Daedalus & IkarosThe myth of Daedalus and Ikaros is very old. Daedalus and his son basically escaped from the Labyrinth and Crete by creating wings made of feathers and wax. Daedalus warned his son not to fly too low or else the sea would wet his wings, or soar to high for the sun would melt the wax. And like most boys, Ikaros in his excitement for flight did not heed his father's warnings. But perhaps my little Ikaros here will! They are a little more prepared than their predecessors were.
